This is the story of how I got hemeroids and how I finally cured them. I’ve been in the same situation you probably are in right now. I had massive external hemeroids. I know how painful and excruciating piles can be. I know how even normal daily activities like sitting or riding a bike suddenly feel like torture. I know how embarrassing visits to the doctor get. And I know how frustrating it is to apply a cream regularly from which you don’t know if it works.
I’ve been through all of that. With this blog I want to help you overcome these problems and getting back your confidence and your lifestyle. But how do you know that it really is hemeroids you are experiencing?
There are certain symptoms:
- Blood on your toilet paper or stool
- Itching in the rectal area
- Feeling of pressure in the anus
- Pain when sitting or walking
If you have one or more of these it is pretty certain that you are indeed having hemeroids. When I started researching my problem I wondered why no cure that a doctor prescribed hasn’t worked. Every cream, medicine and treatment I’ve bought only brought a short relief. The itching and burning always came back and I was in a vicious cycle of spending even more money on cures that didn’t deliver results. Then I finally realized:
Common hemeroids cures only bring relief of the symptoms. They don’t cure the root of all this. If I’m not going to find a way to cure hemeroids once and for all I will have to spend lots of money for ineffective treatments for the rest of my life. Finally I’ve found a way to naturally get rid of hemeroids in a very short period of time.
This was no cream or medicine. I didn’t need to visit a doctor or therapist for this. It was all in my dieting habits. After lots of online research I found a book that told me what I was doing wrong the whole time. Through some simple changes I got rid of my piles in two days. The bleeding and itching stopped and never came back. There even were some exercises that sped up the whole process.
